Singapore
SINGAPORE is known among many leaders as the Antioch of Asia. Through God’s grace and her strategic location, the churches in Singapore have become more active in cross-cultural missions over the last 2 decades. Today, God is using Singapore to be a blessing to the nations. More than 6,000 unreached people groups have yet to reached with the gospel. Of these 4,663 groups are found in Asia including China, India and South East Asia.
NOW, God has positioned Singapore and many Asia nations to share the work of global harvest. The emerging generation of believers needs to be challenged and motivated to step out and make an eternal difference and significance. They will help shape the future of mission history and lead the way as they impact their ministries and local churches to catch God’s heartbeat for all peoples.
Let us be the children of revival whose hearts are ignited first in deep and fervent love for Jesus and then for the unreached. Let us carry the torch of the gospel of the Kingdom to touch a truly otherwise lost generation.
The Singapore Student Mission Movement seeks to challenge and facilitate the Singaporean emerging generation of believers with greater awareness, understanding and equipping of the eternal values most on God’s heart in this hour. In unity and synergy across the student world, the Singapore Student Mission Movement reaches out to the teeming millions in Asia and beyond with the gospel. Now is the time to serve the purposes of God in our generation (Acts 13:36).
